Our experience with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
22-Jun-2008
Several years ago, I sat down with our married daughter for a very long time and asked her to tell me again her personal story of doing battle with CFS.
Heather was entering her teenage years when Chronic Fatigue Syndrome hit her. It kept her out of school for years.
Now, as a married woman she was able to look back on the dreadful CFS years… relive some of the tough times… but also provide a refreshing and positive perspective that we all thought would be helpful to other sufferers and their families.
So the downloadable book has been available at GaryHarveyOnline.com/CFS but I now plan to close that site (I dont need two with my name on them) so the CFS book and other content has moved here, to GaryHarvey.net
Beating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Heather’s CFS Story

(oops, made a mistake with my first note – that’s why this is #2).
As you may know, our daughter was laid really low with CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) in her teenage years. We were hungry for stories of others who had battled CFS and won, but we didnt have the massive internet resources that we have today.
So if you are looking for stories of CFS patients who have had some degree of victory of chronic fatigue (also called CFIDS or ME), check out this page:
