By the way, I'm only using Submit A Ticket here. I mention this to save you wasting your time by clicking on the other sections here.

Email has become increasingly unreliable. My emails notifying you that I have replied to your concern may fail to reach you, so it is vital that you please log back in to the HelpDesk to check for my response. Tickets are dealt with in the order in which they are submitted.

I attempt to respond as quickly as possible, hopefully within 24 hours, but in some situations it may even take longer than 48 hours.
