Best WordPress Plugins

Almost every WordPress blogger uses plugins to beef up the functionality of their blogs. And if you’re like me, you keep half an eye out for lists of the best WordPress plugins.

Well, Andy has just published his new list. Not the top ten WP plugins, but 12 of them.

I was impressed by #3 and #11.

Recently I did a bit of a purge and got rid of some of the plugins I was using in my standard set. Now I just might be tempted to add to the set again. Does it never end?

Good list! Most of the plugins I knew about. But I liked the following in the list the most: #6 and #9 and finally #11. Would there be a list of getting automatic articles into your WordPress too?

Sometimes I use plugins as well in my blogs, but often I choose to hard code the functionality into the theme, this is the more professional way because most of the plugins are outdated or offer more then you need, so hard coding into the code with the features you need is the way to go for professional sites. That being said, I think plugins are great way to test around and are great addition to wordpress.
