Sorry it seems to have changed since the post. When I downloaded it, the theme was full and functioning. Thanks for your comment which will alert others.

I noticed you are referring to wordpress as a CMS (content management system), this is simply not the case for wordpress, as it\\\’s a simple blogging platform and not more. A real CMS lets you do out of the ordinary things, but still some people manage to use wordpress for these kind of purposes making it visually look like a CMS while the back end is not.

A real CMS lets you do out of the ordinary things, but still some people manage to use wordpress for these kind of purposes making it visually look like a CMS while the back end is not.
