Yea, there seems to be a ratio at which twitter feels that you may not pass in terms of follower/following. It’s needed though, otherwise the spammers would have it even easier than it already is lol

It’s not really an old post but not too recent either but I’m still gonna drop my two cents here. After you have taken care of those people not following you, you can add and add more people to follow. When you get to 1,800 followers, you can go beyond that 2,000 threshold. Or so I was informed. Hope it helps other people wondering about this whole Twitter Slap.

There has also been a lot of talk of twitter search optimisation of late. I’m not sure if that will ever take off. Can’t really see the point.
