Invite Visitor Suggestions

The more you know about what customers are saying about your business, the more you can improve. Put a questionnaire or feedback form on your website and find out what your customers like — and dislike.

Offer a free gift to your customers (something as simple as a free report) for taking the time to fill out your survey. Their feedback could boost your income.

For example…

Let’s say you sell 10 products a day from your site.Great! You’re happy with that as a part time income.

Then, one day you add a small feedback form on your site. It pops up when someone exits your website without making a purchase or joining your list. If there is a problem with the ordering process, you might get a stream of comments telling you what went wrong and why they didn’t order.

Great.

Valuable feedback indeed.

By fixing the issue, your stream of daily sales is now set to increase - all because you added the feedback form.

And think about it… You would’ve never known there was a problem if you hadn’t reached out to talk to your customers and your prospects.

When you don’t know what’s wrong, you can’t fix it.

When you do, you can.

FINALLY…

I know of one successful business man who only accepts suggestions from customers. That is, people who have actually bought something from him. He does not want NON-buyers to tell him how to improve his business. Is this sensible or is he missing out on helpful feedback from potential customers?

Probably the only way to know is to provide separate feedback channels for each, compare the feedback that comes in via each channel, and then track the results of implementing suggestions from each group.
