Cardinal is a reputable brand, in part because of their products made from recycled materials in their new EcoSmart line. Wilson Jones offers fine products, but is hard to recommend because of few distinctions from other brands in terms of quality, appearance or price.

To review, view binders provide better value than traditional vinyl binders because of volume differences. The most popular colors and sizes will always save you the most money consequently. Universal view binders are the lowest priced binders, but there are several factors to consider when shopping across brands.
