Step 1, Create a new Outlook email address. Here's HOW to do that — it's easy! Easier if you do this in Google Chrome, by the way. I'd suggest yourbusinessname@outlook.com where you replace "yourbusinessname" with your actual business name. That way, moments after your prospects fill in your contact form they will get a personalised response from your new Outlook email address that clearly shows it's from your business.

Step 2, Enter your new email into the backend of your website.
You can DIY or ask your webmaster to set your website's contact form so it sends all contact messages to your new @outlook.com address.
